PICTURE OF DENEICE BELL AND DAUGHTER WHO LOST HER LIFE IN THE BOMBINGTHIS IS A PICTURE OF DENIECE BELL....a federal employee at the time of the bombing.   Her 15 month old daughter (pictured here) was killed in the blast.  Ms. Bell and others need money to cover day-to-day living expenses, and for education and other purposes.  THANKS TO SEARS ROEBUCK, Small Miracles Foundation was able to send some relief funds to Deniece, but we need to do more for many deserving victims. This was done after consultation with the Oklahoma state-run "Project Hearland" and the Oklahoma City District Attorneys Council.
